Join us on an expedition deep into the heart of Botswana as we engage the Basarwa people, who live in remote areas in the western region. There are currently no missionaries working amongst them.
The Basarwa are a secluded and marginalized people who, for centuries, have lived off the land and are incredibly resourceful and welcoming. After making contact with them in 2022 and 2024, our team will be returning to further the work of sharing Christ with them, praying for their sick, training any available believers, and continuing the work of equipping them with tools that the small pockets of believers can use to share their faith with their tribe(s) and to plant churches.
The Basarwa are responding to Jesus in unprecedented ways! During our last trip, more than 350 of them responded to Jesus and they are eager to be discipled.
We will be staying in tents in villages and cooking our own food, while we do home visits throughout the villages. Outdoor enthusiasts welcome! God is moving among this unreached people group and there are currently no missionaries or organizations working amongst them. Come help us change that! We’d love to introduce you to them.
